Iron Man

So I ventured out last night with some friends in Boston to catch the first big summer blockbuster of the year "Iron Man" and I gotta say I was extremely impressed.  Being a fairly big comic nerd I usually see every comic movie that comes out, and I most always have some sort of complaint with them, especially the Marvel films but not this time.  I would have to say that this is probably the best Marvel movie to date which is saying something with me because I have a love affair with the first major Marvel release series "Blade" though the series that Spike made was terrible, it kind of ruined the series for me.  Back to Iron Man, the movie was very well made, there are next to no dead spots through the movie and the digital effects are amazing.  When I first heard this movie was being made and that Robert Downey Jr was going to be playing Stark i was very skeptical but he hit the personality of the character dead on.  So if you haven't already flocked out to see it, go shell out 10.50 or however much it costs where ever you live and definitely go see this movie, you won't be disappointed.
